100% Polyester. The outer fabric is white fleece with white chiffon flowers on top. Very pretty and makes a perfect accessories to that dressy dress! The coat is fully lined with satiny feel fabric. Fancy rhinestone buttons. Chest= 23". Back Length=19.5". Sleeve Length=11.5".
Pre Owned can include signs of wear such as scuffs, dust, dirt spots and creases from normal use
