Quality note: Ours includes countersunk screw holes for a flush smooth mount with Flathead Screws, lock washer on D Ring bolt so rings stay tight and don't rattle and DOT required WLL stamped on surface.
Rated at 6,000lb minimum breaking strength with a 2,000lb WLL (working load limit) stamped on plate.
